Your Custom Ceremony

If you’re dreaming of a ceremony that feels truly one of a kind, this is it. I’ll write and deliver a fully personalised ceremony that shares your love story - how you met, what you adore about each other, and the moments that brought you to this day.

Together, we’ll create something that feels beautifully “you” - full of warmth, laughter, and heart. I’ll craft the words, guide you through your vows, and bring it all to life on the day so it feels effortless and unforgettable.

I’ll arrive around 30 minutes before the ceremony to get everything and everyone ready to go, and I allow up to an hour for the ceremony itself. I’ll also coordinate with your photographer, planner, or venue staff to make sure everything flows smoothly from start to finish.

What’s included?

• Initial chat to get to know you both and hear your story

• Preparation of all legal documents, including signing the NOIM (Notice of Intended Marriage).

• A custom-written ceremony crafted from your love story and unique journey as a couple

• Unlimited revisions until the ceremony feels perfect to you

• Unlimited contact for any questions, updates or ideas along the way

• A beautifully delivered ceremony with my professional P.A. system

• Signing of all legal documents with your two over-18 witnesses

• Lodging of your marriage paperwork with Births, Deaths and Marriages

• Your Commonwealth Marriage Certificate to take home on the day

• Travel anywhere on the Gold Coast or Tweed (outside areas charged at 80c per km)

For bilingual couples, I can also deliver your ceremony in English and Spanish. A small additional fee of $150 applies for this service.
