When you want a friend or family member to lead the ceremony, with me there for everything else. I coach your person beforehand, run the housekeeping and timing on the day, and handle every bit of legal paperwork. All backed by my $20 million public liability insurance. Your person takes the spotlight; the day runs beautifully.
Ask About Buddy UpWant me to run the reception too? Announcements, timing, cueing your speeches, and keeping the flow all night. Adds seamlessly onto any of my ceremony packages. Priced hourly, usually 3-4 hours for a lighter role or 6-8 for the full night.

Notice of Intended Marriage, the Commonwealth marriage certificate you sign on the day, and lodgement with Births, Deaths and Marriages after the ceremony. The official BDM certificate (for visas and name changes) is an optional add-on.

All four packages include travel across my local zone: from the southern Gold Coast (as far north as Burleigh, Robina and Mudgeeraba) down through the Tweed Coast to Mullumbimby and Brunswick Heads. Weddings further afield attract a small per-kilometre travel fee ($1/km round trip).
Sand ceremonies, handfasting, ring warming, family blessings: if you want one, it's part of the package. No upgrade fee.
Every ceremony I officiate is fully covered under my public liability insurance, up to $20 million. Venues that require proof of cover from your celebrant are all sorted.
Bilingual ceremony (English & Spanish)
Ceremony delivered in both languages (the legal vows and Monitum must be in English by law, but everything else can be bilingual). A simple Spanish welcome, a bilingual signing, or short Spanish moments inside an English ceremony are included at no charge across all packages. Pricing below applies when you want the full ceremony in both languages, where writing your personalised story in Spanish is a lot of extra work.

I happily travel anywhere in reach (northern Gold Coast, Hinterland, Byron Bay, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, further afield). Charged per kilometre round trip from my base in Casuarina, beyond the zone included with every package.

If you'd like the official Births, Deaths and Marriages certificate (the one used for visas and legal name changes), I can lodge it for you. This saves you the ID verification step and a bit of admin. You can also apply yourself online and I'll show you how.

Wedding celebrants in Australia typically charge $400 to $2,500. Registry-style and very simple ceremonies sit around $400 to $600. Mid-range celebrants who write a personalised ceremony charge $700 to $1,400. Premium boutique celebrants charge $2,000 and up. On the Gold Coast and Tweed Coast specifically, my packages range from $550 (Legals Only) to $1,350 (Love Story), with most couples spending $750 to $990.

Most couples land somewhere in the middle: the Micro Wedding from $750 for up to 20 guests, or the Personalised Ceremony from $990. Travel within my included zone (southern Gold Coast down to Mullumbimby) is included with every package; beyond that, it's $1 per kilometre round trip. A fully bilingual English/Spanish ceremony is +$100 for the Personalised Ceremony or +$200 for the Love Story Ceremony. MC service is available as an add-on at $150 per hour, 3-hour minimum.

A fully bilingual ceremony, where every line of your personalised story or ceremony is delivered in both English and Spanish, is +$100 for the Personalised Ceremony or +$200 for the Love Story Ceremony, where writing the love story in both languages is significantly more work.
Yes, a deposit secures your date, with the balance due before the ceremony. I'll send you the exact terms in writing once we've confirmed you're ready to book.
For Legals and Micro packages, yes: base prices apply Monday to Thursday. Fridays, Saturday mornings and Sundays attract $100 extra. Peak Saturday afternoons attract $200 extra on those tiers. Personalised and Love Story Ceremonies are the same price every day of the week. Full details are always confirmed on your quote.
